Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Europe and the United States from our warehouse in Belgium.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Belgium: 2-4 business days
- UK and EU: 5-7 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7-10 business days
- North America: 10-14 business days
- Rest of World: 14-21 business days
Please note these are estimates and delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to customs processing.
Are customs fees and import taxes included in the price?
No, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in our prices. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the delivery service or customs authority in your country.
What is your return policy and how do I request a return?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
To request a return, please email hello@welovesparks.com with your order number and the email address used for purchase. Our team will provide return instructions and address details.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe?
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@welovesparks.com with your order number. We’ll help resolve the issue.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your Brand Sparks cards arrive damaged, please email hello@welovesparks.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items. We’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
